How billing works

At the end of each month, an invoice is generated for every active seat and emailed to your administrator as a PDF. Billing is R50 per active seat with a R200 monthly minimum. New members who join mid-month are pro-rated from their join date. Invoices are payable by bank transfer, no credit card ever required.

Each scheme gets 4 AI analysis runs per month, regardless of how many seats you have. Upload any financial management pack PDF and Tallied returns an anomaly report, plain-English summaries and flagged items. Runs reset at the start of each billing month.
